EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Yosra Kelly Relationship Manager

What I do at Advance Partners:

In 2023, I joined the Advance Partners team as a Payroll Specialist and then CSR on our Full-Service side. In 2024, I shifted over to my current role on the Funding Only side as a Relationship Manager on the Client Experience team. As a Relationship Manager, I get to build and maintain long-term relationships with our clients as their key contact while partnering with them on credit analysis, cash exceptions, funding and everything in between.

What I love most about working at Advance is our culture. We build strong, supportive and collaborative relationships with our clients. Internally we do everything with an emphasis on teamwork and accountability.

A little about me:

I grew up between the United Kingdom, the US, Austria and Tunisia. Rochester, New York has been my home for the last 15 years but I still enjoy learning and experiencing other cultures, foods and languages. When I am not working, I am usually spending time with my family- my husband, two boys and three fur children. We enjoy exploring New York State parks and outdoors especially in the fall and summer months. In my free time, I try new recipes, connect with friends or dive into a good book/movie.

Jonathan Parker Customer Service Supervisor - Full Service

What I do at Advance Partners:

I began working at Advance Partners in the summer of 2021. I have spent my 4+ years in the Full-Service department, and I love that team! My first role was as a Payroll Specialist and then I moved into a Customer Service Representative role almost a year later. After months in that role the opportunity came to implement my managerial/leadership background and move into the Customer Service Supervisor position. This role has been a perfect fit for me to be able to assist with guiding our team towards providing the best service possible for our clients. By coaching not only our team, but our clients as well, I can foster a partnership where our clients can grow as businesses and gain the support, they need to be successful.

A little about me:

My father is a retired Air Force Veteran, and his job had my family moving around the country when I was younger. He retired in 2010 and accepted a job in Lebanon, Ohio where my family stayed for almost the next decade. I went to college a The Ohio State University and moved up to Cleveland to work at Cuyahoga Valley National Park after I graduated. I have called northeast Ohio home ever since. I met my future wife, Julia, at my previous job and we are getting married in January 2026! We have a labrador, Ted, who is essentially a part time employee of Advance Partners after all the calls he has been in attendance. One of my favorite hobbies is cooking and I love to try new recipes out.
