It’s hard to believe that we are wrapping up another year. As I think over 2025, I want to take a moment and thank each one of you, our trusted clients, for making it possible to do what we do. Our success is inextricably linked with yours, and even in tough years for staffing, time and time again our clients prove to be the most forward thinking, smart, and resourceful group of business owners that I know. So, thank you!
And now, on to the theme of this month’s issue: finding the right fit in staffing. We are exploring this concept from a couple different angles. You’ll hear from Glen Greenawalt at LGC Associates on his journey as a business owner and how LGC is rebuilding their culture in order to get to the next level. You’ll also hear from some expert guests on topics like how putting the right people in the right roles drives profit. And finally, our Director of Partnerships, Kendra Cato, will discuss how finding the right fit when it comes to industry partners is a strategic skill, not a feeling.
I hope this issue gives you some things to think about. We named this magazine ‘Staffing Forward’ because no matter the challenges that arise, we move forward through it together.
