EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT

Meagan Couch Sales Enablement Analyst

What I do at Advance Partners:

I started at Advance several years ago as a Sales Assistant and quickly transitioned to a Sales Enablement Analyst. I help support our sales team with anything and everything - the running joke is that I am the “Mom” of the team. Before starting at AP, I previously worked for Paychex, so I already had a great understanding of how to help streamline and improve how the sales team flows. My favorite thing about working at Advance is the people. I love my team and every team I have had the pleasure to work with in the company. Everyone has such a positive mindset, I never dread logging in and getting to work with this amazing group. I have had the opportunity to meet some of our wonderful clients at various events as well, and I have enjoyed meeting every one of them. I am very grateful to work for Advance Partners.

A little about me:

I live in Northern Arizona with my boyfriend, 3 boys, 2 cats, 3 dogs, 15 chickens, a lizard, and a snake. I volunteer in many activities at our local school district, football and wrestling booster clubs, PTO and other various events for the students. Luckily for me I very much enjoy cooking, with a house full of 4 virtually grown men it’s an absolute necessity!

Livia Kay Full Service Team Lead

What I do at Advance Partners:

I have been at Advance Partners over 8 years within the Full Service department. My journey began in Payroll Processing before transitioning into a Customer Service Representative role. For the past 3 years, I have served as a Full Service Team Lead. Prior to joining Advance Partners, I honed my skills in customer service management, always prioritizing the client experience by striving to comprehend their unique needs. I provide first level intervention for technical errors, client escalations, and coverage where needed in Full Service. I am particularly passionate about training and internal service, finding great fulfillment in witnessing the professional growth of CSRs I have mentored as they progress into new roles. Working with a supportive team has always brought me so much joy. Regardless of challenges thrown our way, we tackle things together as a team.

A little about me:

I enjoy puzzles at work and my personal life. During Covid lockdown, my husband and I really got into building puzzles. Quickly that turned into building Legos as a family. My favorites are the botanical lines. I have been with my husband 10 years, but we met in high school almost 20 years ago. I’m a mom of 3. Oldest to youngest their current obsessions are Godzilla, Minecraft, and Peppa Pig. I love to hike as a family, despite my fear of heights. Every summer we go to the drive- in. My hobbies also include drawing, painting, and dyeing hair. You may not see me with the same hair color twice.
