Joe Fiannaca Credit Supervisor
What I Do at Advance Partners: I am the Supervisor of the Full Service Credit team and have been with Advance since June of 2023. I begin my career with Paychex where I was in Risk Management for 9 years before shifting over to Advance. I currently oversee the Full Service portfolio and help mitigate risk for Advance and our clients. I remove roadblocks to help our clients grow their business and drive client satisfaction, while ensuring the customers they are working with are credit worthy and in good standing. I love being at Advance and am constantly learning something new every day!
A Little About Me: I currently reside in Rochester, NY where I have lived my whole life. I enjoy all the seasons year-round in Rochester as the Winter lines up with football season, giving me all the more reason to stay indoors! My favorite thing to do is going to Saratoga in the Summer to visit the racetrack. I grew up in a family around horse racing where my dad is a jockey agent and my grandfather owned horses. I instantly fell in love with this sport and enjoy taking trips to different tracks with my family and girlfriend. Along with watching sports, the activities I enjoy doing include playing pickleball, kickball, bowling, and basketball.

What I Do at Advance Partners: I’m part of the small but mighty Marketing team at Advance Partners! In my role as Senior Marketing & Brand Content Program Manager, I handle content strategy for AP and affiliates – blogs, email, website, even this very magazine! In the near future we will also be broadening our services to help our clients with content and marketing through Marketing as a Service (coming soon! Stay tuned for updates in upcoming magazine issues.). I’ve been with Advance almost 8 years and I love getting to be creative and think of new ways to reach people, tell compelling stories, and help staffing owners solve problems.
A Little About Me: I grew up in Ohio and graduated from John Carroll University. I currently live in beautiful Denver, Colorado with my partner and our two cats. I love to do anything outdoorsy in the mountains like hiking, skiing, camping, and exploring different areas. Other hobbies include reading quite a bit, my favorite genre by far being sci fi and fantasy. I aim for 100 books a year and even write a book review blog in my spare time.
