The theme of issue #10 of Staffing Successfully is a topic on many of our minds lately: how to handle economic uncertainty. Dealing with uncertainty can be, in a word, uncomfortable. As we all know, it’s been a tough market for staffing in the past couple of years for many reasons out of our direct control.

But if there’s one thing I’ve learned about our clients over the years, it is that you are resilient, smart, resourceful people that always find a way forward. You control what you can and do what needs to be done. And our goal is always to be in your corner, providing help in any way possible.

To that end, this magazine issue has inspiring stories and resources to help you succeed during a down market. Our feature story is about how our friends at Seaglass have weathered all kinds of storms, and our guest articles contain tricks and tips for staffing firms on areas of focus when times are tough.
