Stephanie Rizzardi Supervisor, Customer Service
What I Do at Advance Partners: I started with Advance in July of 2016 and am coming up on 9 years! I’ve spent my career here in the Full Service Department, starting as a Payroll Specialist and eventually moving to the Supervisor position in 2019. I love being a part of the full service supervisor team and having the ability to help people by sharing my knowledge and providing solutions. It’s rewarding to work at a company like Advance and I enjoy the opportunity to guide and support a team, help individuals grow in their roles, and contribute to the success of the organization.
A Little About Me: I have a deep appreciation for the family and friends in my life and value the time I spend with them. Additionally, I find happiness through yoga, volleyball, and walks to the lake with my dog, Mabel. I recently joined a dart team with my boyfriend and a few of our friends and it has quickly become one of my favorite hobbies. My absolute favorite place is Kelley’s Island and try to make a trip there as often as possible. A goal of mine is to start a few home projects this year and continue to travel to new places and experience new things.
Trent Ferry Sr Invoicing Specialist
What I Do at Advance Partners: I’m a SR. Invoicing Specialist on our full-service invoicing team. My role is to verify our clients’ invoices for accuracy against timecards the clients send me. I started out at Advance almost 3 years ago as an invoice representative. I’ve always been meticulous in every aspect of my life and building our team to do better, which lead to my promotion to Sr. Invoice Representative. I really enjoy the closeness and the friendly culture at Advance. You can be who you are and connect with so many people of different interests.
A Little About Me: In my free time I enjoy staying active. You can typically find me outside going for a run or at the gym lifting weights. I recently took up mountain biking and love the exhilarating feeling it gives me. I’d really like to start traveling more, in fact this summer I’ll be going on a mountain bike trip to Bentonville Arkansas. If I’m not outside, I’m inside either keeping up with recent events or watching a good movie on Netflix. Can’t go wrong with the Star Wars Saga or anything with Harrison Ford in it.
