Amy Baldassare Manager, Strategic Relationships
What I Do at Advance Partners: As the Manager of Strategic Relationships at Advance Partners, I oversee my team of four Relationship Managers to ensure our clients are getting the best experience possible. Prior to joining Advance, I worked for Paychex for 16 years and my entire career has been in Service. I’m learning everything there is to know about AP! So far my favorite part has been building new partnerships with all of the great people that work here. I also love meeting our clientele and making sure they are receiving a superior level of service.
A Little About Me: I am a wife and mother to four children, 3 boys and 1 girl. In addition to my job with Advance, I also do hair and makeup on the side. I’ve operated a salon in my basement as well as go onsite for Wedding parties for the last 10 years. When I’m not working, I coach cheerleading and basketball and am heavily involved in our youth organization serving on the board as Secretary. I enjoy being busy and maintaining an organized yet chaotic schedule!

What I Do at Advance Partners: I joined Advance Partners in January 2022 started off in Full Service Invoicing and now I am the Credit Representative. In my current role I get to interact with both Funding Only and Full Service Credit teams and I get to learn all there is to learn about Credit and also utilize my Excel and problem solving skills. I enjoy learning something new and excelling at any role I am in. I love that this company feels like a family and everyone is supportive no matter what role you are in!
A Little About Me: I’m from Houston, Texas. I have many hobbies which include swimming, roller skating, bowling, and cooking for family and friends. My favorite place to be is in the water! I recently traveled to Cancun for my first international trip where I spent the entire time in the water. Outside from working with Advance, I have my own Notary Business that I started in 2021. I currently am working on my Project Management certification! I love learning new things and challenging myself.
