Meet Your New Strategic Relationship Team

We are proud to announce the new Strategic Relationship team at Advance! In order to better serve you, we have revamped the department to make sure we are consistently exceeding expectations. Your new new Relationship Managers have over 70 years combined experience at Advance Partners, and can help answer any questions.

“It was a natural switch, because every one of these exemplary ladies has years of expertise at Advance. They know the business, and they know how to help clients succeed,” says Tiffany Steppenbacker, head of Strategic Relationships.

Amy Baldassare is the manager of Strategic Relationships, and she is excited for how the new makeup of the department will impact clients. “My aim is to make sure clients feel supported and heard at all times. If you have a questions, we can answer. If something is not working right, we’ll get it moving!” The Relationship Managers will be scheduling calls to more formally introduce themselves in the coming months.
