Adam Horwitz Senior Marketing Manager
What I Do at Advance Partners: I lead the marketing team at Advance and have been here for six years. It’s been a wonderful ride with projects like a modernized website, improved brand awareness, upgraded client experience, and an enhanced team culture. Most people associate marketing with the fun, creative side, but what they don’t know is it’s only fun when it works. The road to that fun is paved with long hours of research, and data! Lots. Of. Data. You’re only as good as your last idea in marketing, and my favorite part about Advance is that we’ve hired the most imaginative employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Not a day goes by that I don’t receive a message from someone with a new idea.
A Little About Me: I like four things and four things only: my wife, my 8-year-old son, cherry Now and Later® candy, and comic books. Jokes aside, I’ve been collecting comic books off and on since I was 12 years old and probably have somewhere north of 2,000 of them stacked in boxes in my basement (much to my wife’s chagrin). Superman was my first introduction to comic books and will always be my favorite.

What I Do at Advance Partners: After 19 years working for our parent company, Paychex, I came to Advance as the Manager of the Credit Department in 2022. In my role, I am dedicated to mitigating overall risk. I also work alongside a dynamic team of people who work to ensure the collectability of the accounts receivable. What I enjoy most about working at Advance is hands down the people I work with and the amazing clients we serve! I really value connecting with our clients and getting to know them, their business, and what recipe they need from Advance for continued success.
A Little About Me: I live in the Rochester area with my husband and three children. In my spare time, I spend quite a bit of time at sports with my children! I enjoy being outside so I do a lot of camping, kayaking, hunting and fishing. I volunteer in my community through Sports Boosters, coaching, and most recently I am working to create a foster closet for local foster parents. I quote movies – often. Sometimes without even realizing it!
