What I Do at Advance Partners: I have been with Advance Partners for a little over 4 years. I started my career at AP on our Full Service Invoicing team. After gaining a lot of wonderful knowledge about the services offered on the Full Service side of the business, I decided to move to our Funding Only side. I became a Funding Only CSR and got to experience firsthand how we actually get to fund clients and help support their business. I quickly realized I wanted to lead others and offer the same support that I had been given during my time at Advance. I became a Supervisor of the Funding CSR’s and have been there since. I love building connections with the clients, helping their business grow, and supporting my team as they reach their own career goals!
A Little About Me: I enjoy being outside during the summer months. Warm weather and sunshine are where I am happiest! When I am not working, you can find me kayaking, reading, traveling, shopping, or spending time with my niece & nephews. I have some amazing friends that I enjoy spending time with and trying new restaurants with. I love animals, especially dogs. Being a dog mom is my favorite title!
Bridgette Ricco Supervisor, Customer Service
What I Do at Advance Partners: I have been with Advance Partners since 2018 and started on the Full Service side of the business as an Invoice Specialist. I wanted to expand my knowledge on the company as a whole, so I moved over to the Funding Only side as a Customer Service Rep where I enjoyed working directly with clients to get them the funds they needed to grow successfully. About 7 months later, I was given the opportunity to lead the Funding Only Invoicing team, which I enjoyed very much. I am now transitioning into a new role as a Supervisor of Client Service. Getting the opportunity to lead and strengthen a team reminds me of how my grandparents guided our large family with the mantra that ‘family is everything’. Thats also what I love most about Advance Partners; we are a big family working together to help our clients leave lifelong legacies for their families.
A Little About Me: When I am not with my work family, you can find me trying the newest food spots, kayaking with a hot dog in hand, traveling around the globe or at my grandmas for Sunday dinner with my family. I love being an aunt more than anything, so I am often hanging out with my nieces and nephews. My other hobbies include reading, being creative and taking photos to capture the beautiful moments in life. I also enjoy collecting seashells and coffee mugs from different places I travel to.
