Sharon Stark Sales Engineer
What I Do at Advance Partners: I am the Sales Engineer for Advance Partners. I work closely with our prospects, sales and implementation teams to facilitate an effective onboarding experience for our clients. Together we identify, develop and present business solutions an ensure that client expectations are in line with our deliverables. I love my job – I get to be one of the first people our clients meet and work with. I enjoy helping find solutions for our clients.
A Little About Me: I love to travel. My favorite places have sun and sand. I have a passion for sea turtles and recently was blessed to see 3 sea turtle nests hatch (boil) and got to watch baby turtles start their life journey as they entered the ocean. I have lived in northeast Ohio my whole life and currently live in Aurora, Ohio. I have two adult children who both live here in Ohio. I am grateful I get to be close to them and love spending time with my grandchildren. My fur baby is a king Charles mix and his name is Bran Stark. If you are a Game of Thrones fan you know he is the Lord of Winterfell and Bran is Lord of my household too!

What I Do at Advance Partners: I have been with Advance since 2017 and have been working in the factoring industry since 2005. Currently, the departments I oversee are Credit Underwriting, Credit Portfolio, Billing, Funding Reconciliation and Implementation, Accounting & Credit. I started at Advance as a Sr. Credit Analyst, became the Supervisor of our Funding Services credit team, then Manager, Credit until April of 2023 when I accepted my current role. My focus presently is on the onboarding of new clients for Advance as well as the customers they work with. I also work on building long lasting relationships and get a deep understanding of how our new client’s businesses operation to help them with a seamless transition. I really enjoy the culture, values and people working at Advance which makes it an overall great place to work!
A Little About Me: I was born and raised in NE OH, attended undergrad at John Carroll University (where I played Rugby – Go Green Gators!), earned my MBA from Cleveland State University and have a CBA designation from the National Association of Credit Management. Happily married to my wife Stacey (graduated the same year from Mayfield High School), have 5 amazing children Luke (9), Addison (7), Sam (5), Max (4), and Alyssa (2). They keep us busy with all of their extracurricular activities and I couldn’t imagine life without them! In my spare time I enjoy listening and playing music (bass/guitars), watching/playing sports with friends and family, and barbecuing.
